Happy house move for Cannon Kirk customers

We caught up with some happy Cannon Kirk customers to see what their experience was like following their recent move to Highfields Prior.

Lewis and Emma Peacock’s relationship with Cannon Kirk began back in June 2013, when the couple reserved their first property with us at Phase 4 Highfields. Drawn to the property’s great location and spacious layout, particularly its large kitchen diner, the key selling point was the west facing garden, which provided them with afternoon and evening sun – perfect in the warm summer months.

Their experience with the Cannon Kirk sales office was excellent, and the couple quickly built up a very good working relationship with the sales team, which continued after their purchase. As a result, when the time came to upgrade four and a half years later, Lewis and Emma knew exactly who to turn to.

“With an extending family and the arrival of our beautiful baby boy, it was time for a move to a larger property,” the couple explain. “Having previously lived in Highfields and experience of buying a Cannon Kirk property, we knew what we were getting with the standards and property. Throughout the process we had support from the sales team and were the first to reserve a new property at Highfields Prior.”

Cannon Kirk began building at Highfields, Littleport in 2005, and it is now a thriving and very popular neighbourhood. Like its predecessor, Highfields Prior is a uniquely attractive neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful countryside and all the amenities needed to support a growing community. It continues the tradition of excellence in design and planning established at Highfields, and the stunning five bedroom detached property that Lewis and Emma decided on perfectly exemplifies this.

“The biggest selling point was the location of the plot and the size of the property. We like the fact that it had an additional family room that we are able to use as a playroom for our son,” they add.

Lewis and Emma moved into their new home at the end of March this year, and their high regard for Cannon Kirk remains unchanged. They explain, “Overall, we had a good experience with Cannon Kirk. We built up a good rapport with them, and would visit the sales office on a regular basis to get personal updates on our property. Cannon Kirk were very helpful on the removal day too, which enhanced our moving experience significantly and removed some of the stress associated with moving.”

An update regarding coronavirus (COVID-19)


At Cannon Kirk we have been closely monitoring the latest Government advice around this serious and unique situation.

Due to the latest Government advice, we have made the decision to close all of our sales offices and show homes from 26 March for at least 3 weeks. Our priority at this time is ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our staff and customers who we encourage to stay at home. We will continue to monitor the situation and be guided by Government advice. We hope it won’t be too long before we will be ready to show you around our beautiful homes again.
