Fun family outdoor theatre company returns to Highfields, Littleport in June

Get set for tales of heroic children, cunning animals and the occasional exploding troll – all presented with magic, music and plenty of joining in!

Littleport families are in for a summertime treat with the announcement of an outdoor show, Roald Off The Tongue.

Hear Oxford Owl storyteller Chip Colquhoun enthral children of all ages with the stories Mrs Dahl told her son Roald at bedtime – tales which later inspired The BFG, Matilda, The Twits.

“Cannon Kirk are proud to host outdoor theatre in Littleport again this year,” says Mandy Lott, sales manager for Cannon Kirk Homes. “The performance went down very well with families last summer and we received lots of positive comments from everyone who attended.”

“The heart of Highfields, Littleport is the people who live there. Cannon Kirk are happy to support this fantastic outdoor event, bringing together families from across the community in the summer air,” she added.

Sponsored by Cannon Kirk and run by The Library Presents, Roald Off The Tongue is suitable for families with children 4–11 years old.  The event will be held in Yeomans Field, Barley Way, Littleport, Saturday June 18 2022, between 2-3:15 PM. Tickets are £4 per person or a Family Saver ticket is £14.
